This is an abstract art painting on two canvases, which is also known as a 'diptych'. I've incorporated some neutral color along with crimson, which always provides a strong presence in a room.
I find that many people like the warmth from the crimson hues. I think that crimson also appeals to our instinctive quest for fire, and is almost soothing in a way- maybe even comforting?
