'A NIGHT AT THE IMPROV' | Abstract Art | AJ LaGasse

A Night at the Improv

This abstract painting is a large triptych (painted on 3 canvases), measuring a total of 3 feet high by 6 feet wide. I tried to make the swirling action in this one a little more intense than some of the others in this series -- like you're inside a colorful whirlwind.

And since I did this without a preliminary sketch, I call it...

This is so beautiful and has so much movement. It feels like some sort of crazy roller coaster.

Thanks, everyone, for your comments!

Dawn -- I'm still waiting for some supplies to arrive, but I'll post a pic tomorrow of the frame, so you can have an idea of the size!
